The following fees apply to new Water and Sewer Service Connections:

Water Tap Fee per 3/4 Inch Connection:            $1,320.00
Water System Charge per Connection:               $1,130.00

Sewer Tap Fee per Connection:                            $1,216.00
Sewer System Charge per Connection:              $2,946.00

Outside the City Limits___________________________________
Water Tap Fee per 3/4 Inch Connection:            $1,650.00
Water System Charge per Connection:               $1,412.50

Sewer Tap Fee per Connection:                            $1,520.00
Sewer System Charge per Connection:              $3,682.50

*These fees are subject to change as material and labor costs increase

**Larger Taps and higher capacity may require increased fees

***All connections outside of City Limits require a nonrevocable, recordable petition to annex into the City at the time of application. Annexation process will begin when the property becomes contiguous with City Limits, at which time, the prevailing fees for annexation, rezoning, and future land use amendments fees will be charged.
