The City of Monticello will receive sealed bids for the sale of surplus property. Sealed bids are to be received by the City Clerk at Monticello City Hall, 245 S. Mulberry Street, Monticello, Florida 32344 no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2011. Bids must be on a form provided by the City and indicate the property item number and bid amount. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail and will have until 4:00 p.m. on September 23, 2011 to pay for the property by cash or money order and remove their property. All items are sold “As Is” without warranty.
